I love it! My kids will be joining soon too. Shane is patient and understanding with an old school twist to push yourself to new limits. Oh...also, great sense of humour and fantastic taste in music!. The discipline is next level, everyone has fun while respecting the craft and each other. 5 stars all the way! I have wanted to try boxing for quite some time, but knew nothing about the sport. Shane gave me one of the best work outs I have had in years. Everyone was very friendly and encouraging. I learned more in just one class than watching the entire rocky series. If you have been wanting to step outside your comfort zone and strive to become better I would recommend booking a class today!

I’ve never written a google review before, yet I am compelled to express my support for Griffin MMA.  My family has had an outstanding experience at the dojo since my son began Jiu Jitsu here at 5 years old. The expertise of the instructors is second to none. The structure and execution of the program is very intuitive, especially with the inclusion of older student leaders for mentorship. The genuine and warm welcome from other kids and parents seals the deal. I was so impressed with the dojo that I was inspired to begin my own Jiu Jitsu journey in the adult class. I have Sensei’s that believe in my abilities even if I doubt them, training partners that always have my back—even when they are taking my back for that choke lol—and amazing new friends that I couldn’t be without. So very grateful to be a part of the Griffin MMA family. Thank you Shane.

Our son has been attending for  about a year now and we've seen a boost in confidence, discipline and thoroughly loves training at Griffin. Great training staff and really care about the kids!

My son & daughter  have trained at Red Griffin Studio for 10+ years.    That alone I believe speaks volumes.
I had my reasons why I felt this was one of the best decisions I made for my children all those years ago.
The kids I’m sure have other reasons why they love it and continue to show up.

The young adults I see now before me are well rounded young adults who have respect for others and carry leadership skills and self confidence.  Not to mention they are in incredible shape along with being strong skilled fighters.
