The whole process takes about 30 minutes. We showed up on a Saturday at about 1:00pm and the door was locked (they close at 1:00pm on Saturday)…..but the gentleman let us in.  The lady on the counter walked us through the process, explaining the hours of entry, taking copies of our ID, giving us bundle options etc. (like I said, about half an hour). We picked our location and the man went out and got the unit ready for us (swept clean, made sure the light worked), then took us to the unit for our inspection and last minute instructions.  Both employees were extremely helpful and patient and we didn’t feel rushed, or that we “inconvenienced “ them in any way. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Excellent Customer Service & Reliable Outdoor RV Storage

I have stored my RV with Make It Space Storage for two years now, utilizing their outdoor storage facility, and overall, I'm very happy with my experience.

The facility itself is reliable and secure for long-term storage. However, I did run into a recurring issue with my billing: almost every month, my fee was incorrect, usually due to a problem applying my original discount. This could have been incredibly frustrating, but thankfully, their manager Eddie consistently handled the situation.

Eddie was always prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. Every time I emailed, he quickly resolved the error and ensured the proper rate was applied. The true test of their customer service came from the fact that they never once questioned or removed my original, long-term discount. They are honoring that price for the entire length of my time with Make it Space Storage which demonstrates fantastic commitment to their customers.

Despite the minor billing hiccups, the fact that it was always fixed promptly, and the management honoring my original agreement, is what earns them five stars. That is great customer service!

Fantastic experience with Make Space Grimsby!
The facility is super clean, secure, and easy to access. Patrick and the rest of staff were friendly and went out of their way to make the whole process smooth from start to finish. Booking and moving in were both simple, and the units are well-kept and climate-controlled. You can tell they really care about their customers and keeping the place in great shape. Highly recommend Make Space- Grimsby if you need short- or long-term storage — definitely the best option in the area!
